I have some friends of the family heading there in a few weeks and they want to eat out a bunch.

I have been to the following:

Cafe Thirty-A, George’s, Caliza, Cafe Tango, Bud and Alley’s, Fish out of Water

There is a Cuban place in Rosemary Beach that we have been meaning to hit, but the name escapes me.

Are these the main places to check out?

And I have been to Stinky's...

Perfect Pig in Santa Rosa is a good option for brunch.

Oh... Royal Reds from the Shrimp Shack if they're in season.

Tango remains our favorite high end joint. You might check out Cuvée 30A...Baton Rouge native chef/owner and he can cook.

Cuvée 30a is new (by Rosemary) and I thought it was the best meal we had last time we were down there. I've decided I'm going to avoid cafe thirty a--our last several meals were average at best.

Otis, I didn't realize there was a BR connection with that place. It was great when we went

Tim is a very celebrated chef down there...he's had some hits. I've spent my first and last dollar in Cafe 30A...better options abound. And good to hear Cuvée 30A was nice. It's on my list.

Does he have the same menu as Cuvee Bistro in Destin? I have to get the white chocolate banana cream pie every time I go

Havana is the Cuban place in the Pearl at Rosemary. Very good.

Paradis is right at the corner of 30A and Barretts in Rosemary and has great drinks and solid food.

Edwards is my favorite in Rosemary. The succotash is great but no liquor.

Nowhere's oyster happy hours are as good as they used to be because of the condition of the oyster beds. Great Southern, I think, has the best now.

Café Thirty-A is our favorite restaurant on the Fla. panhandle. When I go out of town I judge restaurants by whether I would go there if it were in New Orleans. This one qualifies. Very good food, nice bar, and a fun and lively atmosphere.
