A nice lasagne is in the oven. I'll wash it down alternating a good red wine and delicious Beaver tears.

Trying a new recipe this evening at the Allen chalet: Lamb belly, dry-braised with onions and garlic topped with a coriander yogurt

Planning on steak and sprouts for dinner, but wanted to share pics of my breakfast since there isn't a proper brag thread for that. Only my second time doing poached eggs and I was proud.

Eating some fresh fried corn, tomato, onion and a little ham off a wild piggy. Made some homemade Beaver Cream Creme Brulle I Scream for dessert.

Yes, I already know you don't like beaver cream, pawwwl.

I've found myself in Southern Shreveport this evening and cooking dinner for 10 or so while only planning for 5.

We will have the following:
Seared yellow fin
Baked salmon
Roasted new potatoes
Teriyaki and garlic snap beans infused with ground pork and bacon ends (Snap Beams ala Goob)
Wings and quesadillas from the country club

BLT on cheese bread.

The cheese bread: 1/2 cup of shredded mozz, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, and one egg. Mix ingredients and place two mounds on parchment paper lined baking sheet at 400 for 20 minutes.
