Fried backstrap

Someone I know made this backstrap with caramelized onions over the weekend and enjoyed it.

2 beef fillets, fried chicken legs, greens and smashed potatoes. First time I've ever deep fried chicken legs. Used a combination of a few recipes. Turned out terrible. 10 minutes in at 350, which seemed to be the general consensus, yielded a black/burned up chicken leg on the outside. Inside is done and good enough but it's still a craptastic chicken leg. Fml

I had mini ravioli.

I'm sure your dinner was better than mine.

Found ourselves in Hammond earlier and opted for Tommy's Pizza. Everg patron in there had a wireless device glued to their nose. Every person walking down the sidewalk had a smart phone glued to their nose.

I'm convinced that the smart phone is the downfall of society. Amanda was cute as a button and the food was enjoyable.

You ever deep fried a chicken leg in a big fish cooker?

I've never deep fried legs. Did you get that idea from a weekend periscope or through your Pokemon app?
