Off the road tonight. Parmesan crumb coated fish fillets, beets, peas and potatoes. Finished with peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream.

Just finished eating a shrimp and mussel etouffee that I made for the new friends I've met in New Zealand. It's been an amazing trip but I'm looking forward to getting home.
