Had an early dinner at the gathering. They had the option of the NYE menu which is what I went with. It was fantastic. Pork cheeks were solid. The bone marrow was heavenly. No pics of the dessert because it never stood a chance.

My wife had the fish special (grouper) which was as good as I've had.

Gotcha. Hopefully your sushi was as good as always.

Thanks, Darla. This is a small restaurant in the middle of nowhere (between Madison, Canton, and Flora MS). We've been several times for lunch and it was good but was blown away tonight.

Coater, we passed that joint tonight on the way to a wedding at The Gin in Flora. If you were in a line of cars that pulled in from 463 @ 6:20 pm or so, I was right behind you in the Audi. Ha. Unique building...I wondered what it was.

Damn that could have been us! We had reservations at 6:30. I was telling my wife that there was a lot more traffic than I'd expect normally. Too funny. We live just down 463 from there in reunion. Small world!

Yep. About 3 or 4 cars pulled in at once ahead of us. I wondered what the building housed. The plates looked great. And our sushi/sashimi was top notch as usual.

I think we were about the third in a row to pull in (silver BMW 535). We may have been right in front of you
