Went with another recipe online.....1lb of hamburger and several handfuls of brisket........a Guinness Black Lager......tomato sauce.....paste.....cumin....red pepper.....paprika....onion....garlic......green chilis.....chili powder......

Currently baking a spiral sliced ham. I'm also about to grill a head of cabbage and sausage. The sides will be baked beans and macaroni and cheese. Dessert will be a coconut cream pie and a box of petit fors that El Josey Wales dropped off this afternoon.
I'm almost out of beer and could use 20 or 30 more, but have to get back to the grind early in the morning.
