Finely chopped Bacon and garlic sautéed in butter for a while and hit with a little parmesan cheese.

Mushroom sauce was diced mushrooms sautéed then hit with some heavy cream and seasoning and cooked down. Pretty basic but gives the oysters a different element.

lamb t-bone looks boss . and those dates...
