I also enjoyed there full order of nachos with beef. It was like 18 large nacho chips in a single layer, covered with spoon of the taco meat, covered in a pound of cheese.

Wow this was a great bump. I honestly was reading through and was about to post that I would kill for another order of flat cheese enchiladas. And then I got to my post from two years ago saying the exact same thing. I realized then that it was a bump

They sell it in Zachary at our produce stand . Sometimes they even have the taco meat. There’s also a Facebook page

Ive never had it...but the original Ninfa's has great refried beans and I KNOW what that's about.
