Just inherited a large Magnalite roaster but the bottom is slightly warped. Anybody know how to flatten one out?

Never heard of that. That should be about as easy as straightening out aluminum foil.

I've never seen one warped, but I was looking up something else a while back and saw something about a bottom warped "out" rather than "inside" the pot. The instructions were to put a piece of wood over the bottom and tap it out with a hammer, I think.
