Want some really great store-bought salsa?

Well, start here:
Get the large 24 oz. can. Canned salsa, you say? Well, it tastes fresher than any bottled stuff I've tried, and you could certainly use it alone as a great dip. But, it's just part of of my salsa... you're going to have to do just a little bit of work.
This is what makes my OP salsa great:
Arbol chiles. If you haven't tried them yet, why not? They're woody and smoky and spicy and delicious.
So, take about 50 of those chiles, more or less depending on how much smokey hot deliciousness you want, take the stems off, break apart and take the seeds out if you don't want a really hot salsa.... put those chiles and about half the can of Salsa Casera in a blender, and whirl until the chiles disintegrate.
Voila!

I use the herdez in the bottle. I would assume it is no different than the can?

Mateo's is some of the best store bought salsa I've tried. You can find it at Rouses. I tried it off a recommendation on here.

Mateo's Salsa ingredients per their website:
Nope. I haven't tried it, but I don't think it would be as good as the one I blend with Herdez and arbol chiles.
