It's just the gochujang sauce with Kewpie added. I got the recipe from All Recipes and added extra sesame oil.

Gochujang Sauce
Ingredients
2 tablespoons gochujang
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
2 teaspoons white sugar
2 teaspoons ginger, grated

Gochujang Ailoi
1 recipe of gochujang sauce
Enough Kewpie mayonnaise to make it taste good and look pink. (about 1/2 to 1 cup.

My Korean collegue at work really liked the gochujang sauce more than the aioli. He said that Kimchi eggrolls are his new favorite eggroll.

Do it and make a thread!

I have made it twice since making it for the competition. Second time I doubled the batch and soaked the cabbage overnight. I gave some to my Korean colleague and he shared it with his mother. She said that it was as good as, if not better, than some of the kimchi made by "yeoja" (old ladies) she knows.
