Don't know if this has been posted before or not, but neither a site search nor a Google search picked it up.

Anyway, it's the LPB's archive of episodes of "A Taste of Louisiana Cooking" from 1990-2015.

Figured some folks might find it nostalgic or otherwise want to watch some of these old episodes.

been watching some of these

Does adding flour after adding the vegetables really make a roux?

I thought the concept was to add the vegetables second to stop the flower burning process?
