Keeping the place in Mid-City and also taking over the space that Purloo once occupied. I'm a little concerned that he's stretching himself a bit thin. LINK

Its two restaurants. Not that big a deal.

This one will focus more on general Southern cuisine it seems.

Yeah -that's exactly what Purloo did. Hopefully, his menu prices will be a bit more reasonable.

Well... it is the SOUTHERN Food and Beverage museum.

I have been waiting for a Toups expansion because I hit the Meatery up so often, but this is not what I expected as the next move.

I'll go. Primitivo, Casa Borrega, Cafe Reconcile just down the street might make this strip the miracle mile

I've been to Toup's twice and both meals were outstanding. Hope they do well in the expansion
