My husband used to eat turkey fries. They were served at a restaurant we lived near in Tulsa.

Never had them but I will try any thing at least 3 times b/4 I write it off for good.

Just curious, Do you cook them like gizzards? ie... boil them to remove most of the blood, cool, then dredge them in flour and fry?
