I haven't had a decent bagel in a while. I usually like mine with lox. But I was just reading an article about the most Instagrammed food items from NYC. LINK
I saw this and almost had to close the door to my office.
I'd eat that for breakfast any day. I'd have to balance it out with Gray's Papaya for lunch. I miss NYC.

Lox is where's its at. I did a cruise a while back and the breakfast bar had stuff to make lox bagels. I loaded up probably a lb of salmon each morning.

i haven't been there yet, but i've heard of the birthday cake crap. i stick to the traditional cream cheese. haven't found another that comes close to it yet. ess-a-bagel is my spot.
