SIAP, I searched.

Signage (most of it) has changed to a generic-looking sign reading "Kg's Grill."

Anyone know what's up?

TIA

Kenny, the chef for Tommy's, bought the restaurant from what I understand. I thought it was KC's grill from when I've called up there a few times. They're still getting some of the seafood from Tommy. Apparently, they have been focusing on promoting Louisiana seafood. Tommy's son used to post here. Maybe he'll chime in.

It's "KC's grill," not 'KG.'

And its the initials of the owners first and last name who is the same guy who has been owning/managing Tommy's fish house off and on.

KC's Grill. I noticed this several months ago as the Dutchtown Baseball team was selling their annual $20 discount card and KC's Grill (formerly Tommy's Fish House) was already listed as such in the discount book.

Maybe so, but I suggest you try Tee Wayne's. Best crawfish I have had. Second runner up is Christian Brothers.

Yes.

Usually only open for lunch. I think they may be open one night on a weekend (not sure which day).

I'd stick to anything seafood here. The only exception? He makes incredible boudin balls. Almost as good as Tony's.
