I think some posters have and he mentioned doing more now that he's in the new time slot. I'd like to attend but my wife really doesn't like "pretentious" food.

I started tuning in on my drive home. I enjoy the new slot. I have learned a few things. For instance the origin of the term "peace maker."

I'll always have respect for Tom. When I was in high school he spoke to my culinary and hospitality management class. He has a genuine love of food, the industry and specifically New Orleans dining. His hour and a half chat really opened my eyes to what the city had to offer. I know, csb.
