Nice day to fire up the grill, so I cooked enough for the week
Had the whole neighborhood smelling good.
Had some Billy's Boudin from Scott, La
and smoked andouille from Don's country store out of Reserve, La
Mild italian sausage from Mr. Patterson's smokehouse in Springfield (Tickfaw)
...and a couple steaks and chicken
...and then there was one
My apple wood bacon wrapped pork tenderloin
all this cooked/smoked with a little lump wood coal and pecan wood.
