10/lb Boston Butt on an offset smoker for 5 hours at 250ish degrees
And approximately 5 1/2 beers later

Did you finish it elsewhere?

Just did two 7lbers today to vac seal, freeze and eat throughout the next few weeks

I’m confused, did you pull it or not? No way it will pull after 5 hours at 250.

No I didn't do pulled pork. We (as in my wife) cut it in half and will finish it in the crockpot later this week and freeze the other half for later.
