Anyone tried those? The finished product is as good as advertised?

It's about time I can make myself obese from the comfort of my own kitchen.

My cousins have a soda stream an love it. They just do normal soda water though and add True Lemon, Lime, Orange, etc. to them. They don't do the syrups.

I have one and use it occasionally. It is more of a convenience thing.

I don't drink many sodas, so it is nice to have when you are craving something. They are pretty good to make mixers. I use the Crystal Lights, Coke Zero, Diet Dr. Pepper, Diet Root Beer, and Sprite.

As for flavor, they are okay. They taste "similar".

I thought of getting one at a time but decided against because I know myself.

I like soda. But I've become so use to mass produced coca cola (with a Mexican coke thrown in when I splurge) that I know I would never taste like what I am use to and I'd be mad at myself.

I would say if you are a once in awhile soda person it'd probably be great. And I've seen the new commercials for the lemonade and koolaid ones which intrigue me. Sparkling kool-aid sounds delicious
