That was a unique sandwich

On the menu it read "footlong grilled cheese" and that's what I thought I was getting. Not quite.
Bread was almost like an English muffin. A lot of cheese obviously. Two eggs and bacon. Very messy but quite good. Hopsmith In Chicago.
