When I read that I got the immediate sense of having to take an emergency shite.
I'm sure there is a minimum, but, when I usually in the mood for taco bell I'm not getting 1 burrito, it's usually $15-$20 worth of shite I will regret eating once I sober up.

Taco Bell - like stated in the article - is not afraid to try new stuff regardless of if it works or not.
I go to this site sometimes to see what is new in fast food. Taco Bell has a lot more new stuff (going by the dates of the reviews) than the others. Lately, I think Popeye's comes in 2nd for trying to add new things to the menu. If you scroll to the bottom of the page it has the other places.
