I'm not talking about the content of the menu. It just looks cheap and "chain like" to me.

I thought the same thing. But the food was better than I expected.

Still, I wouldn't go there outside of maybe happy hour.

I know. I never really thought that. I only sat at the bar though. I thought they did a nice job with the decor. I pointed out that I wasn't a huge fan of the overhead lights but that's it. It's very bright which I also don't love but they turned them down when it got late.

Have you been in or just drive by?

I've just driven by. Frankly, I don't think they did a bad job with the exterior when you consider other things on the Avenue.

I just don't like the appearance of the menu. I also don't like laminated menus.

They aren't laminated. Paper. New ones printed every week.

My bad. Anyway, I just don't like the format and appearance. I feel the same way about the look of the menu at Walk-On's, TGIF, etc.

I think your real beef is with the size and scope of the place and that's fine. It's big and bright.

I am literally talking about the look of the physical menu itself. Really. That's what I'm talking about. Bad graphic design, format, etc. Just my opinion.

Dude. I would have blown off the brunch and been there, but I can't afford the community property split plus alimony.
