Cool chart.

It looks like I am correct about the wines last night. They were too warm by anyone's standard.

Yeah most don't know that the term "room temp" in the wine world means 64° and not "just leave the bottle out on the counter" temp. Seen several restaurants make this mistake.

I drink it at what ever temperature I find the bottle...and like it. System has never failed me yet.

This. I don't like red wine at room temp. Anywhere around 50 degrees is fine.
