It's just taking a long time. I was in there a couple of months ago and they thought it would be opening July-August but that's not happening. I'm sure the flood set them back with all the contractors being really busy.

Block is their contractor and they agreed to let them concentrate on opening other flooded properties before they finished the Stroubes building.

Block is owned by Jason Keller and Steve Keller. Steve is the developer of both Juban and Town Center. It was a very good move by Stroubes as long as they had the financing working with them. No need to rush if the place was going to be empty.
