Looking for a healthy smoothie that I can purchase; like to have some in fridge to grab and go. I tried naked, didn't really like it. Odwalla has too much sugar. Any smoothies that don't have processed fruit that can be bought at the grocery store?

Or maybe other suggestions?

Check Whole Foods or Trader Joes. They're full of food for homosexuals.

Here's an age-old trick.

Buy a yogurt with fruit in it.

Then add that yogurt and fruit in your smoothie. As well as milk and some flavored protein powder.

I like strawberry banana yogurt. So I go strawberry, banana, yogurt, milk, and vanilla protein powder.

problem is, they ALWAYS ADD SUGAR

and ruin the health benefits, might as well have a coke!

the pancreas can only process 3-tsp of sugar per day...

Buy a bag of frozen fruit. Add a scoop of fruit with some milk, peanut butter, protein powder, and a dash of chocolate syrup. If you want more protein grind up some almonds and add those. If you want more fat add a tablespoon or two of olive oil. Really easy to make and tastes phenomenal

fresh blueberries

I read somewhere that frozen blueberries are higher in antioxidants than fresh blueberries. They're cheaper and easier to store, too.

I also put some flaxseed meal in my smoothie and a little peanut butter.
