Doing this butt Franklin style. I like the fact that he smokes the meat for Td flavor of the meat and the smoke and keeps his rubs simple. Kosher salt, cracked pepper, paprika for color. 260 on the smoker until it's done. Throw some sausage on later and some skillet potatoes, green beans, and we've got dinner.

Dogs are not happy about the rain...
