This looks like a pretty interesting product.
I have a sous vide machine but rarely use it. Unless I have the day off work, it's just not practical at all. This machine chills the water so your food won't spoil and you can time it to have your food ready for whenever you want.
Good idea, but pretty pricey. If I didn't already have a sous vide maching I'd consider it.

The ANova already has an app for the latest version I believe.
ETA - I didn't read before posting. Incorporation of a refigeration system into this is interesting. I have wondered why no one had done that for home use. Would make cooking things that take 2-4 hours much easier as you could throw them in the unit in the morning and have it cooking before you got home from work.
ETA2 - injecting air to circulate the water is also really bright. It separates itself from the sous vide supreme like devices in this way.

Right
And you don't have to remember to turn it on, you just set the time for when you want it ready.
