Sirloin Tip Side Steaks

picked up a few yesterday just bc they were cheap...no idea how to cook these and don't have a grill

Any suggestions??? TIA

You can use kosher salt and freshly ground pepper. If you have Paul Prudhomme's Meat Magic, that would add some flavor, if you like.

If you want some other flavor, you could make a compound butter with some blue cheese in it and put it on top of the hot steak. If you like brown butter, just put the plates in the oven on 350 with butter on them. The butter will brown, but watch it when it gets going. You can throw some chopped parsley on the hot brown butter and it will "fry", but stay back because it pops. Set your steak on top of the butter when ready to serve.
