I was gonna say to look for lemon chicken soup at Greek places. Last time I had the flu, I left the doc's office and went straight to the drive thru for some. Unfortunately, that place is now closed.

Well the easiest way to create it is cook your own chicken soup however you please and when it is done squeeze a lemon or two into it according to your liking. Great stuff. I normally cook a big soup then split it and put lemon in half because my kids don't like it.
