I prefer it cold and when I told someone this I was called crazy??

This is the normal routine for my family and honestly I look forward to the next day sandwiches more than the Christmas dinner.

yes, but it is only good the next day if you put bar b q sauce with it on the sandwich.

Exactly what I was going to say. Or just cold without the sandwich. Or fried up in a pan the next day.

I've been using bacon grease to cook up some eggs and then put the bacon on it...fricking delicious.

Supposed to take it out about 15 to 20 minutes before serving and serve at room temperature.
