went for lunch today

1) the place is stunning, if you appreciate funky and rustic. It's an inside/outside space that's bigger than it seems, and they did a great job on interesting design and decor. I'm a commercial contractor and I'm not sure I'd know where to begin in designing and sourcing the building materials and decor. It's very cool

2) it was packed but not crowded if that makes sense. The layout keeps you from being hemmed in which I hate

3) service was spot on, friendly and prompt

4) good beer selection and if you like the drinks and la Carretta you'll like these

5) we ordered several apps to try a few different things... smoked wings, sausage and pork belly, street corn and mac & cheese. the meats were very good to excellent, the corn was ok and the mac was terrible. Prices are reasonable

this will definitely be in our rotation. Great place to sit outside on a nice day like today and eat/catch a buzz

I ate there last week. I got the Cuban sandwich which was really good. My coworkers all got the wings. They said they were really good and had a Smokey flavor. They have 4 different bbq sauces on the table. There was Original, Spicy, Sweet, and a White sauce that Was labeled as a north Alabama style.

Just ate here, disappointed.

The meat was cooked to the right tenderness, but was fairly bland.

The potato salad, baked beans were horrible. The mac and cheese was edible but nothing I would order again. The best side I had was the corn pudding which was just a dense cornbread.

The upside was service was good, and the decor was interesting.
