Well I'm not.

I like those, I'll eat them, they're all tasty.

The one fish I eat regularly, at least for me, is fried catfish and even that is maybe once a month. I haven't had the others in a long time but I like them.

Like I said, I'll have to try the salmon.

Sounds like something I'd enjoy.

I was older before I discovered salmon. Everybody matriculates at their own pace....took me 8 years to get my degree.

I didn't start enjoying salmon unti about 5 years ago and I don't always like it. Depends in how it's prepared and the quality. I love it low roasted. I still am not crazy about tuna.

And, I love fried catfish.

I like just about all types of fish except the oilier types (mackerels) but I grew up on fish. I really miss I don't have the access to it that I used to have.

Biggest issue I have with salmon dishes is when the fish is overcooked. I would never try salmon on as buffet. Overcooked salmon just sucks.

Quality and freshness of the fish is another thing to watch for.

Overcooked salmon is the worst. That's why I pull it off the grill or smoker at 120 degrees. Perfect every time.
