Had a 32 oz aged cowboy cut ribeye last night at Jack Binions. Rare of course.
It was the most smooth textured steak I have had.
I am still feeling it this morning. I dont think I will be hungry for a month.

I quickly shed the butter when it arrived. It was slightly overtaking.
