Any of you grill masters ever reverse sear a tri-tip?
If so, can you give me a couple of pointers?

Cook at 200 until the inside hits 115. Take it out and let it rest for 20-30 minutes. Sear the shite out of it and eat.

Tri Tip is perfect for a medium hot grill with some hickory chunks. Sear it well and move it to the indirect heat side. Close the lid, and let it do it's thing.
