That's a lie. The list was pretty disappointing though. I love how the best restaurant in LC is always left off of the "best of" lists.

It's not a "wasteland". It's close to it, but not completely. Tony's, Leonards, Luna's, Mazen's, La Truffe, Pat's, Zeus, Pho Tien, Casa Mañana, El Tapatio, Rotolo's, Rosita's, Victoria's, Miyako's, Chastain's, Darrell's, Dan's BBQ, and Restaurant Calla all put out some good food.

Kind of shocked no one has mentioned Pappy's on Ryan St. If you like the Darrell's Special, try the Pappy's Pride. I will take Pappy's any day over Darrell's.
Pappy's has several other sandwiches that are top notch. It is a "must" anytime I bring guests back to my stomping grounds. No one has ever been disappointed.
Try Cousin's on Kirkman St if you are a fan of Lebanese food. It is amazing!!!
