Its in the Kenner Brah. Ate there for lunch yesterday between meetings, and was more than pleasantly surprised. No pictures because I am to cool for that.

From my limited experience, my best guess is to call it South American food. Everything on the menu at lunch was $12 or less. I got the Carne Asada which was a marinated and seared hanger steak, I believe. There was 5 different items on my plate, all interesting and unique. Some fried plantains with a spicy aioli on them, spanish style rice and beans, Vinaigrette cole slaw, and this fried tortilla and cheese concoction.

Theplace was very small and unassuming, I guess this was a former truck or pop-up. It was not clear how to order when I walked in, but I figured out to go to the counter. The guy who took my order was very friendly and helpful.

This place will be on my radar going forward in the unfortunate event I end up back in Kenner Brah

Be careful how you say this in a quick conversation.

There are a ton of these Latin American restaurants in Kenner and Fat City. I love trying them out. A good one just closed on vets before Bonnabel. Will visit this one next time I am out in Kenner.

Nicaraguan

It's authentic. Just in BFE. They may do a good lunch business with all those businesses in that area
