Rehearsal dinner

So I know this topic has been discussed on many levels, but the fiancé and I are looking for a place to have our rehearsal dinner in BR. I am also a chef and live in Pensacola so I'm not ignorant on the money that most places ask for. I was a chef at Juban's and Ruffino's so please don't suggest those.

I will concur with the folks discussing Houmas House. I had my wedding and reception there and was very pleased. I'm sure they could set something up that is very nice for the rehearsal dinner.
