Rama - what to order?

We love Rama and Thai food in general but I want to branch out and try different things. A lot of times the descriptions worry me because they can be quite vague, describing something as just being in a brown sauce or a spicy sauce, etc.
Rama is my favorite go to Thai place in Baton Rouge. Can anyone recommend some great dishes on the menu? We normally get the spicy Rama and Pad Thai. Love the lemongrass soup as well. But, as I said, I want to try some other things.
Anyone tried the Panang Chicken? Is it super spicy? I love spice but the next day I regret it.
What should I try??

Try the soup with the pork skins. Mint beef, Rama duck is always good. We go there on valentines day, they serve a special rice desert on that day that is awesome.

Rama duck is very good. I like all the curry too. Really, I like everything. I could go for some larb.

Unlike the other poster, I didn't enjoy the soup with pork skins.
I was going to say Pad Thai but then read that you are branching out. I just can't ever go without getting pad Thai.

Rama duck is fantastic and they make good egg rolls too.
Pad Thai is money though. Always get that.

I'm addicted to their chicken coconut soup.

Is this the restaurant that was near Ivar's and George's?
Years ago, I use to go to a Thai restaurant on Perkins (close to the overpass) and it had the best food I've ever eaten.
Drove by there recently and didn't see it.

Ok so I have seen a few people mention the Panang which stood out to me on the menu. My question is how spicy is it? I love spice but too much hurts me the next day, knowhatimean? Is it something you can order and ask to have it be only mild to medium spice level?

That is it and it is still there. It is just a small cynderblock building with no windows. Easy to pass up.

Never understood why they built that building without a single window.
Odd odd space. Place has a remarkable staying power, though.

Damn! Can't believe I missed it. Went out of my way to go there because I had a craving for Thai and thought of the place.
Will definitely be on my list the next time I'm in town.
Thanks for the info.

Did they build for the restaurant or was it something before? From the outside it looks like one of those sketchy nightclubs but the inside seems too small for that, although I have been in a bar or two that small before.
