I hate to read that. I also do the p90x3 program and it is frustrating to stop the program when you finally get used to the routines and start making progress.

Your mention of Italian tonight has inspired me to finally make this keto lasagna I've wanted forever. About to head to Target to get some Rao's.

I stuck with the recipe & used ground beef. It's taking a lotttt longer to bake than the 30 minutes indicated. I'm hungry!

Ok, this stuff is somehow better than lasagna with pasta. It's probably the Rao's. So fricking good.

16 oz ground beef
1 cup Rao's marinara
1 large zucchini
10 oz ricotta cheese
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded

I used 2 zucchini, and a mix of provolone & mozzarella. I added garlic & onion powder, but otherwise stuck to the recipe. Super easy & amazingly good. 5 net carbs/serving (the servings are giant). OH. I just realized I used the entire jar of Rao's. No wonder I had so much sauce.

Plate looks like a pile of slop, but I promise it's amazing. This is 1/10 of the pan. I don't understand how this entire recipe is supposed to be 4 servings.
