Spindletap Brewing also releasing a NE style IPA. So in a matter of just the past month or so, B52, Copperhead, Whole Foods and Spindletap all jumping into the haze craze.

Wonder what Buffalo Bayou is going to do...

Why did a Houston brewery cultural appropriate their name from Beaumont? Is there noting in Houston worth naming a brewery after? Triggered.

The quality of the beer down here is so much better than Dallas that we can just pulls names out of our rears.

Hop Gusher has turned into a nice IPA by these guys over the past few months, so hopefully this one is good.

Certainly a year ago was a much different story.

I've only had the Whole Foods haze. The other stuff has been too far of a journey to acquire.

You forgot No Label, but don't bother. They can't make one decent IPA. Sad, I've heard they're in trouble along with another brewery already mentioned in this thread.

He'll be just fine if they close. I'm more surprised the douche owner hasn't fired him like everyone else who's ever worked for him. I guess he realized someone has to sell that crap (or he hasn't asked for health insurance yet)

No Label and BB are clearly named, although I'd be more concerned about other guys with neighborhood type setups with mediocre beer. (Town and City, Under the Radar) I keep hearing the same thing from different industry people. I think we'll see someone fold soon, like Fort Bend and Texas Big Beer co. Buffalo Bayou is well funded and he's a pretty smart guy, but it's time to step up to try and stay relevant. Name one beer you look forward to buying, or tell me what they actually do well. Now No Label.. etc.

Seems like BB has about 65 different beers on the grocery shelves, none of which I've bought more than once.

Gingerbread Stout is the only BB beer that seems to have a following. I never see or hear anyone buy their other beers.
