Pork Temple Meat in New Orleans?

Just wondering if anyone has found this in NOLA. I spoke with Emmett's Meats in Metairie who can get 30 lb packs, but will not break it up.

Temple meat usually comes in 30 lb cases. Shouldn't be no more than $1.50 - $2.00 per lb
