Pork butt question

I just stopped at Nu Nu's and picked up a 7lb stuffed pork butt(stuffed with guidrys I assume), and seasoned on the outside. I have done pork butts low and slow before but never a stuffed one. Would I cook this the same? Or do I get a good bark and finish in a pan? Plan on pulling at 195 as usual. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated.

No reason you can't use the same low and slow method. Gravy will most likely be outstanding.
