Today marks the one year anniversary of Drago's being announced in BR business report. Any idea on what the delay is?

I can tell you from the EBR Digital Map of Parcel Data that he bought the corner lot and the house RIGHT behind the site of the new restaurant(old bank building) which he obviously owns. I swear it looks like he'll have a gate behind his Bocage house to walk right into the new restaurant when done.
