Pit Barrel Cooker

Pulled the trigger on one of these today. The reviews on Amazon were overwhelmingly super. Anyone here on TD own one and can give any comments, tips, etc...? TIA

PBC is awesome and super easy to use. It's pretty much impossible to mess up unless you somehow forget your meat is in it. Here are a few things I've cooked in mine:





The pictures don't do it any justice at all. My food gets major compliments from everyone that has tried it. But the best part of it is that no tinkering adjusting is necessary. It's basically idiot proof.

Hey Box,

Are the online videos in regards to cook times pretty true to fact? This guy is cooking in Colorado with the high elevations - wondering if cooking here at sea level makes that much of a difference than his instructions. Thanks again...
