Pickling okra, green beans and cauliflower

So what the call on par boiling any of these before pickling? Would leaving them raw and adding close to boiling brine work? I really want them to be somewhat crunchy. I have seen it done either way. What do you guys do?

Yes. That's how I do mines... I like it crunchy as well.
