I am making a trip up to Chambersburg, Pa for work. I'll be driving up from Baton Rouge. Anyone know of some good beers, I should bring back from up there or pick up along the trip.

Trillium is in Boston, MA and Tree House is in Monson, MA. Don't know if you're going through those towns or will drive through MA at all but you should be able to find some if so. I hear they are pretty good.

I'd love to get my hands on some Tree House, but I won't be making it up that far north and unfortunately they do not distribute any.

C'mon, dude. Have you ever looked at a map? Yes, they make great beer, but read what the OP said.

Troegs is in Hershey Pennsylvania. They have several very good brews and a pretty good restaurant onsite at the brewery.

Yes i've looked at a Map, but i've never heard of chamsbourg pa, so i don't know where it is, or how far of a drive it is from MA. Nor do i know where monson, MA is, other than mass. I just assumed, with the acclaim, that the distribution of those beers might be widespread through MA, thus a quick drive over to MA would be possible.

and seeing now where chambersburg is and where monson is, that's a long detour. If he was going to Scranton, then the drive wouldn't be that bad.

That's like someone asking for Louisiana beer recommendations and you telling them to just "swing by" Good People Brewing in Birmingham to grab some Snake Handler.

What? That makes no sense.

If i was already driving that far north, i'd take a 3 hour detour to get those beers. Where's your commitment, bro?

I've been to MA and PA exactly zero times. Give me a break. Furthest northeast i've ever been was to DC and i flew there.

If he was in scranton. I already said i had no clue where he was and that i did not map out where chambersbourg was when i posted, just hoping he might be in that northeast quadrant of PA. Which he ain't...
