I'm sure this is a stupid topic, BUT I was watching a hilarious episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm last night on Al-Abbas Palestinian chicken.. The episode was based their great "Palestinian chicken recipe".
Does anyone know if there is a certain dish this episode was based around?

Never heard of it, but a Thai place I used to eat at served a really good dish called Muslim Yellow Rice with Chicken Think Thai jambalaya.

I've never seen "Palestinian chicken" on a menu if that is what you are asking. Great episode though.
