OTIS2....may I bother you for your chili recipe?

The recipe book has your large version. Can you do me a normal size version? You also said it's a work in progress so I'd love to hear your final, best version, if you've got it.

Wink, I'm on the road but pulled over to reply. Cut the meat to 4 pounds, and basically divide the recipe volume by 5. No need to make a small batch of chili if you have friends or freezer space. It's good as written. But you can vary to your taste as you go. Have fun!
