Opinions on Del Porto in Covington?

I like it. It used to be one of my favorites. They slipped for a few years and now are back up. you can also consider Ox Lot 9 across the street.

I've only been once and it was for lunch in December. The mussels were fantastic. I ordered a shrimp panini (I'm pregnant and very few things are appetizing to me right now, especially meat). It was just okay. I want to go back after I get beyond the first trimester funk. Everyone i was with loved what they ordered.

only been once a few years ago, so I can't say if it's declined, but it was fantastic. everything at our table was great, but the lamb cannoli they had back then was lights out.
